Michelle Senig, CNM, received her basic nursing education at Mt. Carmel School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. She then went on to receive her Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) in Certified Nurse Midwifery at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to obtaining her midwifery degree, she worked for approximately 15 years as a registered nurse in Labor & Delivery. Michelle is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifes (ACNM), the Association of Women's Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nursing (AWHONN), and Sigma Theta Tau International.
Michelle believes that midwifery is a calling, and she enjoys teaching, promoting family bonding, and assisting women to have the best birthing experience possible, since these are memories that will last a lifetime.
Michelle has recently relocated to the Central Florida area, and enjoys singing, a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
